 Hi gremlins! As good as 0.3.0 was, 0.4.0 is even better.

• The viewer panel shows the currently active sabotage
• Viewers must wait until the current sabotage is finished to select a new one

This is a big change from the sabotage queue in 0.3.0. This change is intended to encourage viewers to coordinate their sabotages with what's happening on-stream in real time, rather than queueing a sabotage and forgetting about it by the time it executes.
